📌 Free Delivery Terms & Conditions

We’re keeping it simple—free delivery on everything, all the time! 🎉 But here’s the small print to make sure everything’s crystal clear:

📍 UK ONLY

This offer applies to UK orders only.

🚚 Standard Delivery Only

  • Free delivery applies to standard delivery services.
  • Express delivery is available as a paid upgrade at checkout.

📦 Letter & Large Letter Items

  • Items that fit in a letter or large letter size (e.g. greeting cards, pens, hoover discs) will be sent free via 2nd class post.
  • Tracked shipping is not included but can be added as a paid upgrade if needed.

📦 Parcel Size Items – Minimum Order Applies

  • To qualify for free delivery on parcel-size items, your basket must contain at least 4 items from across the shop.
  • These can be any combination of products (e.g. a greeting card, a pen, a hoover disc, and a bottle of Spanish cleaning product).
  • If your basket has fewer than 4 items, standard parcel shipping rates will apply.

✅ What Qualifies for Free Delivery?

  • 4 bottles of Spanish cleaning ✅ (meets the 4-item minimum)
  • 1 mug, a coaster, a pen, and a card ✅ (4 items in total, even though some are small)
  • A hoover disc, a pen, a greeting card, and a bottle of cleaning product ✅ (4 items in total, so shipping is free)

❌ What Doesn’t Qualify?

  • 2 bottles of Spanish cleaning and an Inside Out drink ❌ (only 3 items, not 4)
  • 2 mugs ❌ (only 2 items, so shipping would still apply as a mug is parcel sized)
  • 1 bottle of Spanish cleaning on its own ❌ (minimum 4 items needed for free parcel delivery)

 The free delivery offer will automatically apply at checkout if your order qualifies. If you have any questions, just drop us a message! 😊

📦 Returns & Refunds

If you return part or all of your order, the actual cost of shipping (what it cost us to send it) will be deducted from your refund. So, if your order originally qualified for free shipping but returning items takes it below the 4-item minimum, the original shipping cost will be applied to your refund.
